Bright Max Inspect Cambodian Production Plant, Supply Chain Releases New Advantages

To further strengthen our global supply chain, our team went to Cambodia to conduct a field visit to the production factory. The trip focused on production collaboration and supply chain optimization. Through on-site research and team communication, the trip laid the foundation for further shifting the company's supply chain to Cambodia and injected new momentum into improving product delivery efficiency and cost competitiveness.

Inspection Tour: Focusing on Production Collaboration and Strengthening the Foundation for Cooperation

During the inspection, the team focused on the core production areas and quality control processes of the Cambodian production plant. They engaged in in-depth discussions with the plant's operations team on key areas such as production process standardization, capacity planning adaptability, and product quality control. Both parties reached consensus on issues such as order response speed, raw material supply coordination, and alignment of production standards, further clarifying the collaborative mechanisms for future collaboration.

Core advantages of shifting supply chains to Cambodia

1. Cost Advantage: Rationally Optimizing Production Inputs to Improve Product Cost-Effectiveness. Cambodia offers cost advantages in production factors such as labor and land, and its flexible employment policies for the local manufacturing industry effectively reduce fixed and labor costs in the production process. Compared to traditional production bases, the relocated supply chain allows the company to further optimize unit product costs while ensuring product quality, making its end products more competitive in the international market and providing customers with cost-effective lighting solutions.

2. Location Advantage: Proximity to Target Markets and Shortened Logistics Cycles. The relocated supply chain can significantly shorten order delivery cycles, reduce customer inventory waiting times, and improve market responsiveness.

3. Policy Advantages: Leveraging Trade Dividends to Reduce Trade Barriers

As a participant in multiple international free trade agreements, Cambodia enjoys favorable policy benefits in terms of export tariffs and foreign investment access. By relocating its supply chain to Cambodia, the company can leverage local trade policies to reduce tariff costs and trade barriers when exporting products to target markets, thereby increasing the flexibility of cross-border trade.

4. Resilience Advantages: Diversifying Supply Chain Risks and Ensuring Stable Production Capacity. Amid increasing uncertainty in the global supply chain, relocating part of the supply chain to Cambodia allows for a multi-site deployment, mitigating risks that a single production site might face, such as regional policy changes and logistics disruptions. This inspection further confirmed the Cambodian factory's stable production capacity and emergency response capabilities.

Strategic Outlook: Deepening Overseas Presence and Empowering Customer Value

This visit to the Cambodian factory is a significant step in Bright Max's "global supply chain" strategy. Going forward, the company will continue to prioritize customer needs and, through the coordinated deployment of its overseas production bases, continuously optimize costs, efficiency, and risk management capabilities to provide global partners with more competitive products and services. Supply chain optimization is not only a development need for the company itself, but also a way to better meet customer expectations for cost, delivery, and stability. Using this visit as a starting point, we will continue to strengthen our Cambodian supply chain foundation and achieve long-term win-win outcomes with our customers.
