On July 28, 2025, Bright Max successfully hosted the themed team-building event "BM, Your Power-Up Buddy." Bringing together full-time staff, interns, and summer project participants, the event revolved around three creative, lighting-themed games designed to boost collaboration, enhance product knowledge, and spark team spirit.
Fun Meets Function: Three Activities, One Shared Goal
The office was transformed into an interactive "Lighting Playground".
1."Light & Draw", a fast-paced Pictionary-style game where teams sketched trending lighting products such as chandeliers, RGB ambient lights, and adjustable LED track lights, all based on verbal clues - blending creativity with product knowledge.
2."Sample Room Puzzle Hunt", where participants navigated the product warehouse to complete puzzles using item tags and product details;
3."Lighting Treasure Quest", a hands-on scavenger hunt requiring knowledge of dimming systems, color temperature, and smart controls.

In addition to the games, senior Bright Max employees hosted a brief "Lighting Knowledge Power-Up Station" - sharing practical insights on product design, client communication, and how AI intersects with lighting innovation. For many new team members, this was a valuable moment of career clarity and skill-building.
