To further strengthen the company's product quality awareness and gain a deeper understanding of the quality control system throughout the entire lighting production process, Bright Max arranged a special visit for its employees to a partner production factory on August 5, 2025. The purpose of this visit was to explore the factory's production operating standards, implementation of work instructions, and quality control details through on-site observation and in-depth discussions, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company's continued improvement in product quality.
On the day of the event, colleagues arrived at the factory with a serious attitude. Factory staff warmly welcomed the team and led them on a tour of the factory's overall layout, detailing the company's development history, production capacity, and technological advantages within the industry.
In the production workshop, the team visited key areas, including the lighting raw material inspection area, parts production workshop, assembly line, and finished product inspection area.
In the raw material inspection area, staff demonstrated the strict screening standards and inspection methods for raw materials. Standardized production operation procedures and work instructions not only guarantee product quality but also serve as a safety barrier for production. In the parts production workshop, the inspection team members frequently stopped to carefully review the contents of the work instructions and discuss precautions and quality control points during operation with on-site operators. Prominent quality warning signs and real-time quality inspection data dashboards throughout the workshop demonstrate the factory's approach to integrating quality awareness into every detail of production.
