BM Walk Into The Workshop: Outdoor Lighting Theme

The Bright Max Lighthouse Project, focusing on Outdoor Lighting, has been successfully completed. On August 11, 2025, the company organized a two-day research trip for 40 employees to the outdoor solar lighting production plant. Through production area tours, professional training, and hands-on experience on the assembly line, the trip helped employees gain a real understanding of the products, laying a solid foundation for providing more professional customer service.

BM colleagues are learning. Factory technical engineers provide professional training on Solar Lights, covering product categories, core operating principles, performance parameter interpretation, and development processes. Using real-world examples, he explain the efficiency of solar panels in various situations. Focusing on the common issue of "battery life on rainy days", engineers teach them how to calculate battery capacity using formulas and actual sunlight data. This allows everyone to intuitively understand the underlying parameters and their practical applications, transforming theory into a service tool.

BM colleagues are comprehending. During their inspection of the warehouse area, the standardized cargo management system impressed employees deeply. Within the thousands-square-meter warehouse, different models of solar panels, lights components, and finished products are stored in separate areas. Each row of shelves is clearly labeled with the product model, production batch, and quality inspection mark. This meticulous management allows employees to intuitively understand that product quality is reflected not only in the production process, but also throughout the entire supply chain, from warehousing to distribution.

BM colleagues are experiencing . Stepping into the production workshop, they experience firsthand the birth process of each light, from raw material identification to finished product assembly. Under the guidance of technicians, they personally complete the assembly process of small iron lantern bulbs on the assembly line, from wiring connection to lamp assembly to inspection and packaging. Each step transforms theoretical knowledge into real-life experience, allowing employees to deeply understand the internal structure of the product.

This outdoor solar lighting research refreshed colleagues understanding of the product, providing them with a better understanding of the actual effects of parameters and a more precise understanding of the troubleshooting process, ensuring product cycle time and quality. Only by becoming product experts can we truly understand customer needs!
